School Reopens~

Hey guys!

School reopens (Woohoo~)

Np-Inline training resumes on Thursday
A little heads up, keep on practicing your disciplines.
We have a mini competition for the freestyle category
Tuesdays training is canceled for now
(due to court booking issues)

I will update again when NP CTV
will be coming down Kismis to filming our club
*Hopefully they will not postponed again

Also look out for future joint trainings
with Singapore Poly skate club

As promised, our very own Shee Peng will perform
his 'famous' OPS shuffle for every one's viewing
pleasure (for those who missed it)
So watch out for it! =)

Night Urban -
Date: Saturday, June 26, 2010
Time: 8:30pm
Est. End time: 11pm
Location: In front of Hvpersport shop at ECP
Route: ECP Hvpersport to Plaza Sing
Attire: Seniors try to wear Np-Skates Club Tee
Freshies wear to your preference
(recommend dry-fit for comfort)

(Warning* For Freshies GUARDS Needed)
Those who don't have guards please get a set
or wear long pants and wrist guards.

Checklist for Urban
-The usual, IC, money, ezlink, etc
-Snacks & drinks
(preference but bring a water bottle)
-Change of clothes (towel to dry off)
-Personal meds or first aid (in case)
-Travel light is recommended.
-As its a night event,
if u guys want to bring torches or light-sticks

Try to get some rest before coming
Everyone must be in running condition =)

we will need fast/seasoned skaters to help open the road
and to assist the freshies/first-timers(to urban skating) along the way.

Updates!

Hey guys!

Sorry I haven't update the blog in awhile,
been quite preoccupied.

Alright UPDATES~
Those of you who added your seniors on face book,
would know that there was 2 events.

One was an urban at ECP
and the other was a joint training for NP & SP skaters.

For those who missed out on the events,
fret not as we will organize 1 more urban
and maybe another joint training for sliders & slalomers

So look out on the blog for updates,
I'll update this Wednesday again with more details.

Success!

Hey Guys!

From deep down my heart, I have to thank everyone
who took part in this year's Np-Inline FOC!

This includes all the camp participants
and of course everyone in-charge!
For without you guys' time and effort,
this camp would not have been so successful.
Despite a few hiccups, we triumphed and had a blast!

Camp is coming~ Camp is coming!

Hey everyone!

Those who still wanna register for the camp,
You can still do so during the first day of the camp
(Remember to bring the $15 camp fees and camp gear)

*The Camp
Date: From the 15th to 17th June (3 day camp)
Location: On the 15th meet @ LT 51
Time: 11.30am

Pack-list
- 3 sets of clothings (Including under garments & socks)
(bring long pant & jacket in case its cold at night)
- 1 extra set of clothings (old or disposable clothes)
as we will be playing games that can get very MESSY! =)
- Personal toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste & brush, towel, wax, etc.)
- Slippers & covered shoes(optional for the shoes)
- Plastic bags for soiled clothes & rubbish
- Personal & essential medication if any
- Sleeping bags (COMPULSORY)
- 500ml Drinking Water bottle (for water parades)
- Torch lights & light sticks to play at night
- Most importantly.. Bring your skates! (Ain't a skate camp without skates) =D

*NOTE
Try to bring only what you need!
Avoid bringing access valuables if possible.
Disclaimer - if you wish to bring your valuables or entertainment devices
such as psp, cards, etc or game-boy, bring at your own risk
(as we cannot grantee the safety of your belongings).

~Regarding the camp shirt-
There will be no camp shirt,
for we will be issuing the Np-Inline CLUB SHIRT! =D
(at the start of the coming term aka after break.)

Note that this applies to those who have paid for the camp.
Those who are unable to attend the camp
can order the shirt when training resumes after the break.

Announcements!

Hello Everyone!

I have a few short announcements.

1. There will be no training this week due to common tests.
But for those who want to train or have finished their Common Tests,
you can come down to kismis this Thursday
as me and a few other seniors will be training (around 7+)

2. For those who have not collected their skates,
collections of skates will be announced later as there is currently no stocks.

3. Stocks will be available around mid June/early July

Lastly
Club T-shirts will only be issued after the camp (which is after the term break).

All the best for those who have not finished their CTs.

*The Camp

UPDATE ON CLUB REGISTRATION:

We have received a significant number of you guys registering by sending us e-mails to cca_inline@connect.np.edu.sg As proof of confirmation, we will be posting all your names (ONLY NAMES, NO OTHER DETAILS SO DON'T WORRY! :) in a new post sometime late this week.

Registration will be open until the end of the month, so why wait? Get all your friends who still wanna join to submit their details to our CCA mail!
